The staff is very polite and helpfull We are there for my sister birthday celebration and the whole staff can make the room decoration very good They are very welcoming to the guest Specially the security guard uncle he is very nice person Overall thumbs-up Hope we will meet again soon Nice to stay there

A decent and affordable place to stay at Karol Bagh. The staffs were good and helpful. They also helped to store our baggages after checkout since our train was scheduled at night, which was really helpful. Overall a good experience. Stayed here 2 times in adjacent weekends.
